I've been very busy since Christmas building my new studio space. This has meant battling the weather somewhat, Storm 'Doris' tried her best to stop me, but with determination I am making good progress!

The first of exhibitions and ceramics events are taking shape as well.... The first confirmed event for me of 2017 is Earth & Fire International Ceramics Fair, held between 23rd - 25th June this year at it's new venue The Harley Gallery, Welbeck, Nottinghamshire.

Next up is Ceramic Wales 2017, 1st, 2nd & 3rd of September, at North Wales School of Art, Wrexham, North Wales. This is in it's 2nd year and will showcase the ceramic work of 50 makers, and the weekend also hosts a number of talks and demonstrations, one of which will be me.

I am honoured to have been selected for the 'Backhouse Bequest' which is a prize exhibition that shows 6 recent graduates from the North West, who work in the medium of ceramics. The Bluecoat Display Centre is a nationally and internationally recognised contemporary craft and design gallery that has been established since 1959.
